Acorp.co ("the Site") is operated by the Artist Corporations Foundation ("we," "us," or "the Foundation"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. R&D Platform

Acorp.co is a research and development platform. The tools, calculators, and formation documents provided are experimental and for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.

You should consult with qualified legal and financial professionals before making any decisions about business formation, entity structure, or tax elections.

3. Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

4. User Content

Any information you submit through the registration wizard, calculator, or other tools remains your property. We store this data to provide our services and may use anonymized, aggregated data for research purposes.

5. No Legal Entity Formation

Completing the registration wizard on acorp.co does not create a legal entity. The A-Corp concept is under active development, and actual entity formation requires compliance with applicable state and federal laws. The Site provides templates and educational resources to help you understand your options.

6. Intellectual Property

The Artist Corporations name, logo, and site content are the property of the Artist Corporations Foundation. The A-Corp framework, including the legal concepts and formation documents, are being developed as open resources for the creative community.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Foundation shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, its tools, or any decisions made based on information provided here.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
